Brother Shields is a pillar of the Pittsburgh community, known for his unwavering commitment to philanthropy and ministry support. As the CEO of C&A Affordable Boutique LLC and C&A Additional Services Inc, he has channeled his success into generosity, donating coats to TLP Ministries and supporting countless local families.
His journey hasn't been without struggle. Having experienced institutionalization himself, Brother Shields understands the "deep, deep down" pain that many men carry. He has turned his pain into purpose, developing a blueprint for reentry that addresses not just the physical needs of housing and employment, but the spiritual and emotional core of a man.
Operating from an "MLK Lens," Brother Shields believes in the dignity of every individual and the power of community to heal the wounds of the past.
